Account Information: Email address, username, Discord ID (if linked), subscription tier.
Server Data: Minecraft usernames, in-game statistics, chat logs (for moderation only).
Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We share information only when:
- Required by law (valid subpoena or court order)
- Necessary to process payments (Stripe)
- You explicitly consent
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits.
You have the right to:

We comply with COPPA. Users under 13 are not permitted. Users 13-17 require parental consent.
We retain data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, backups are purged within 90 days.
